Job Description

Your role will involve:

  • Implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting to end users
  • Collaborating with other team members on major projects
  • Delivering technical training to non-technical staff
  • Configuring and customising Dynamics F&O solutions to meet business needs
  • Contributing to system upgrades and migrations
  • Ensuring the security and integrity of system data
  • Reporting and documenting development activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Dynamics F&O Engineer should have:

  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience of Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate for extending Dynamics 365 functionality
  • The ability to configure and customise Dynamics F&O solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, able to deliver technical training to non-technical staff



A technical test will need to be completed by candidates short-listed.
