Job Description

  • Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to promote the company's services online.
  • Manage and oversee the online marketing team.
  • Ensure the company's website is customer friendly and easy to navigate.
  • Work closely with the IT department to improve the e-commerce platform.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare accurate reports on the company's marketing campaign's overall performance.
  • Coordinate with the advertising and media specialists to improve marketing results.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'E-commerce Manager' should have:

  • Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role in the marketing department.
  • Experience in project management and customer service.
  • Understanding of web design and development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
