Job Description
The Successful Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for
- Day to day running of D2C sites
- Ensuring tactical updates and changes to the site are made based on GA, and customer data are made to optimise online trading performance
- Define Digital Marketing strategy for UK and Europe
- Working closely with counterparts across the world inc. US, CAN, AUS, INDIA to ensure aligned digital strategy, but also an opportunity to learn from counterparts and develop best practice globally
- Managing 1 direct report
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Ecommerce Manager will
- Be an expert in all things digital
- Have vast knowledge of owning a digital business unit, and E2E online customer journey
- Have experience of running a d2c website and developing growth and profitability
- Have experinece managing markeitng agencies and optimising performance from these
- Have incredible attention to detail and be able to interpret data to improve online trading performance
- Want to work on a European scale and with multiple key stakeholders further afield
- Be able to work in an autonmous environment where they have full responsibility for their function
- Be able to commute to Aylesbury on a weekly basis
What's on Offer
The Successful Ecommerce Manager will report into the Head of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing and have incredible amounts of autonomy within a market leading brand. They will be able to earn a salary of between £50k and £60k depening on experience and level of expertise.
