About Our Client
My client is a well established start up business based in South Wales. They have huge ambitions and plans to develop new products into a range of markets, specialising in cycling and motorbike accessories.
Job Description
- Build and execute the sales plan to deliver monthly, quarterly and annual revenue/profit targets across Ecommerce and 3rd party online marketplace platforms
- Provide in depth analysis and reporting to generate actionable insights and strategies
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns for all stages of the funnel (incl advanced re targeting) on Google, Display, SEO, PPC, affiliate programmes and Social Media across multiple markets
- Develop and maintain online stores, ensuring they are well designed, user friendly, up to date, on brand and performing strongly
- Operate day-to-day web-shop front-end, including site merchandising, pricing, content updates, and manage the web-back end with our partners
- Manage payment gateways and centralise orders so they can be efficiently tracked and fulfilled
- Help design, implement and manage the digital and CMS environment
- Work closely with the marketing team to create content to enrich and drive the E-Commerce platforms
The Successful Applicant
- An interest in the cycling and sports industry would be advantageous
- +3 years of E-commerce and digital experience
- Solid understanding of E-commerce environment: UX/UI, funnel management and conversion
- Proven B2C experience delivering growth in sales across Amazon, Shopify and other E-commerce platforms - Desirable
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Studio, and similar reporting suites
- Experience in content management systems including Shopify, WordPress or similar platforms
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or G.i.m.p preferable
- Fluent in the English language. German or French would also be beneficial
