Economic Advisor

I am recruiting for an Economic Advisor with a telecoms business in London. You will:

• Generate economic analysis and evidence to support our regulatory and policy positions.
• Understand our company data, with the ability to deploy this effectively as evidence in support of our regulatory activity.
• Develop appropriate models and other analytical frameworks to support policy positions.
• Support any competition matters arising including litigation.
• Lead specific workstreams such as developing responses to Ofcom consultations.
• Represent the business at external meetings alongside other colleagues.
• Manage the data capture for a number of periodic formal information requests which Ofcom sends using its statutory powers.
• Be a key part of the team developing input to the next periodic Ofcom market review of fixed telecommunications.
