Job Description

  • Provide leadership within a small/medium team of Design/Senior Design/Subject Matter Expert Engineers.
  • Will have responsibility for new product development projects as well as responsibility for existing product care and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of control systems to achieve optimal performance.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation related to control systems.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Electrical & Electronic Controls Team Lead should have:

  • A strong background in control systems engineering within the manufacturing sector.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing control systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
