Job Description
- Leading planned and reactive maintenance specialising in electrical support whilst supporting mechanical and fabric services.
- Maintain/improve the safety and reliability of plant & production equipment
- Ensure that all equipment is in safe working order and capable of meeting the business and departmental targets
- Hands on supervisory of the Electrical maintenance team
- Succession planning, training members of staff and developing their skill set
- Planning and carrying out CI strategies working closely with operations, production and site management
The Successful Applicant
- An Electrical Maintenance Supervisor role well suited to experienced Engineers with experience of leading or supervising a team
- A strong maintenance background holding electrical qualifications - NVQ, C&G, Apprenticeship, 18th Edition
- Manufacturing, Production or industrial engineering background is essential
- Able to provide shift cover as required
