About Our Client
Our client is a global organisation that due to rapid growth over the years has reached a stage whereby Finance is not operating efficiently and needs stabilising.
Job Description
The EMEA Financial Controller will lead the finance team and will need to be very hands on. Whilst a global role there is an immediate requirement to manage Cash Flow effectively, develop budgeting and forecasting processes and build out meaning full reporting.
This is a challenging role and would suit someone who has taken a SME (£15-50m T/O) business that grew faster than Finance could keep up with and brought the Finance function into the 21st century.
Ultimately, the role will help build the foundation from which meaningful MI and commercial insight can be drawn.
This role would not suit someone who has worked in Finance functions that were already operating efficiently.
The Successful Applicant
Qualified Accountant is essential as is demonstrable experience of transforming a poor performing finance function into an efficient business unit with robust financial processes and control for international operations.
We're looking for a leader who is not afraid to get hands on with the data and who enjoys "fixing" finance.
