They are committed to fostering a workplace that values expertise and ensures compliance with employment policies and best practices.Job DescriptionProvide expert guidance on employee relations matters in line with employment law and organisational policies.Manage a team of 4 direct reports at various stages in their ER career.Manage complex casework including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issues.Advise and support managers on best practices to ensure consistency across the organisation.Collaborate with HR colleagues to implement strategies that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.Develop and maintain effective policies and procedures related to employee relations.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and organisational standards.Deliver training and workshops to upskill managers in handling employee relations matters.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Human Resources department.The Successful ApplicantA successful Employee Relations Manager - FTC should have:Solid knowledge of UK employment law and its application within the financial services industry within the UK.
