They have a 5-star ranking with Trust Pilot.Job DescriptionAs a Employers Liability Solicitor/Legal Executive your duties will include:Provide comprehensive advice on employers' liability matters and manage your own caseload of pre and post issue fast track employers liability casesManage a diverse portfolio of employers' liability cases.Prepare and deliver documents and briefs.Liaise with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.Keep up to date with changes in legislation and case law in the field of employers' liability.Attend meetings, arbitrations and court hearings as required.Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.Contribute to the overall success of the department and the company.The Successful ApplicantA successful Employers Liability Solicitor/Legal Executive should have:Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload.Genuine tenacity.A focus on advancing cases to and through litigation to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.Ability to handle EL fast-track cases.
