Our client is a well known name throughout the legal industry, they have a national presence and have won numerous awards, both as a firm and for within their employment teams and you will be joining a national employment team which is over 60 people strong.

Job Description

As an Employment Lawyer, you will deal with a mixture of contentious and non-contentious matters. The team advises businesses and individuals on all aspects of employment law, with a focus on respondent work for high-profile, reputable businesses in sectors such as Leisure, Hospitality and Retail. Your work will include dealing with redundancies, disciplinary and grievances, Settlement Agreements, TUPE, absence management, status issues, IR35 and also diversity and inclusion. The team also deal with a wide range of Employment Tribunal claims.

The Successful Applicant

You will be an Employment Lawyer of between 4-8 PQE looking for an exciting new role. Please note that the level of PQE identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less PQE from applying.
