Tasks will include:* Drafting risk assessments, compiling disclosure, drafting witness statements, and preparing for final hearing. * Maintaining regular communication with client, providing updates and advice as needed.Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on various employment matters.Stay updated on changes in employment law and advise clients accordingly.The Successful ApplicantA successful Employment Paralegal should have proven experience in representing Respondents in employment tribunal litigation. Extensive tribunal experience is essential.
