Job Description

The Employment Senior Associate will join a large team and get involved in a range of work including;

  • Supporting corporate clients on contentious and non contentious Employment work
  • Being a point of contact for a range of clients including major retailers, sports clubs and manufacturers.
  • Dealing with Tribunal claims.
  • Working closely with the Corporate teams
  • Providing HR support
  • Mentoring junior fee earners.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in employment law and advise clients accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Work towards business development and networking opportunities.
  • Manage a varied workload effectively and efficiently.



The Successful Applicant

The successful Employment Senior Associate should have:

  • A strong background in respondent Employment law
  • Likely to have between 5-12 years PQE
  • Strong academics
  • Excellent client relationship skills.
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team.
