The work is often very high profile and many of the contentious cases reach Tribunal so you will get great exposure to seeing a case all the way through the process.The team has strong support staff and Paralegals, ensuring that administrative work such as bundling would not fall within your remit - allowing you to focus on the legal work and fee earning.The team also get involved in Corporate support work.You would be joining a large team part of a very large national Employment offering.
