About Our Client
Our client is well known throughout the legal industry and is looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their expanding Manchester team.
As an Employment Solicitor you will deal with a full range of Employment matters including providing legal advice to a broad range of clients, from company owners and managers, HR professionals and in-house lawyers, to public and private sector organisations, as well as senior employees and executives, on a range of employment matters. You will also manage a good mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will also undertake all aspects of employment law including drafting various employment documents, maternity and paternity rights, discrimination, whistleblowing, employee relations issues, disciplinary matters and grievances, mediation, dismissals, redundancy, TUPE and employment tribunal claims.
The Successful Applicant
You will be an Employment Solicitor of between 2-5 years PQE looking for a new opportunity. Please note that the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less PQE from applying.
