Job Description

The Role:

  • Support Operations teams in the implementation of new ERP system and future installs
  • Support project teams throughout the full life cycle of the projects
  • Lead project documentation: MS Project Plans, Scope docs, RAID Log management
  • Support the implementation of MSD 365 F&O into the European business
  • Production and management of project documentation - scope, testing, training, reports etc.
  • Facilitation and minute taking - scope, project workshops
  • Management of RAID logs - DevOps
  • Management of project file structure - Dropbox/SharePoint

The Successful Applicant

The Person:

  • A solid and proven PMO professional
  • ERP systems and implementations
  • Demonstrated involvement in complex projects
  • Experience in coordinating long-term, cross-functional projects
  • Experience collaborating with multiple different workstreams & Company departments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prince2 qualified
  • Experienced in software implementations - ERP and Apps
  • RAID log management.
  • MS - Project & Office
  • Desirable: ITIL, Azure DevOps, Distribution and/or supply chain management
  • Flexible approach to hours, work and location - European travel as required (18 month FTC
