About Our Client
Michael Page are working exclusively with a well know organisation in order to find the most suitable Estates & Capital Projects Manager for this position.
SERVICE DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This will be a 6 month day rate contract initially, outside IR35.
Pro-actively develop and manage estates & facilities management processes ensuring that expected service levels are achieved.
Develop & implement innovative PPM programs and processes that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity.
Manage repairs and maintenance, minor works, HVAC & building services
Lead CAPEX projects and had up the capital programme across the estates.
Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success.
Ensure the delivery of a successful H&S function across the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 6 years experience in facilities and estates management at management level.
Experience with CAPEX budgets and Capital Programme management.
Multi-site experience - REQUIRED
Knowledge of local health and safety requirements (Fire Safety Manager Accreditation an advantage).
Strong knowledge of building services, HVAC, and building systems.
Strong knowledge of Soft FM and H&S
NEBOSH or equivalent
BIFM or equivalent
