Job Description

  • Oversee all property repairs, maintenance, and safety checks, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Manage deliveries, support archiving services, and maintain office presentation and cleanliness standards.
  • Floor walks and safety checks, Other safety related responsibilities are working as part of the fire marshal group, being a first aider, responding to incidents and raising safety related matters as appropriate.

The Successful Applicant

Experienced in Facilities/Workplace management, adept at stakeholder relations, problem-solving, and committed to high-quality service delivery.

  • Health and safety -IOSH Desired
  • Experience working within a progressive and successful Facilities/Workplace team
  • Experience working with helpdesk and meeting room management system
  • Experience working in a dynamic high-profile business in a corporate environment with exceptional expectations around customer service, workplace experience and environment
  • Good understanding of all Soft/Hard and M&E services.
  • Excell and IT literate
