My client are a growing professional services provider looking for a exceptional individual to join their team.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of a Facilities Coordinator :

  • Act as the first point of contact for all queries
  • Supervise, coordinator or complete HSE checks
  • Organise day to day management of facilities and maintenance related matters on site, coordinating with contractors and 3rd party's.
  • Review and update policy and procedure where appropriate
  • Supporting the Facilities Manager.
  • Office duties and support where required.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant for this Facilities Coordinator role must have:

  • Previously worked in a similar role
  • HSE understanding
  • Have a background in Facilities Management or Support Services
  • IOSH or equivalent
  • Driving licence is essential

What's on Offer

Salary depending upon experience up to £32k.

Based out of the Hull area but required to travel. Overnight stay may be necessary
