About Our Client

Excellent opportunity to work with a leading managing agent. They oversee a mixed portfolio of commercial and industrial properties across the UK.

This is a client facing consultative role which would suit a candidate looking to move away from day to day operational Facilities Management.

Job Description

  • Writing Maintenance and FM Consultancy reports
  • Developing building plans outlining strategies for improving efficiency and reducing costs and forecasting the facility's future needs
  • Identifying areas for business development / generating new business through cross selling
  • To advise and assist with the delivery of all aspects of the cleaning and waste management and subcontracted M&E services
  • Mobilisation of buildings from design to project completion
  • Developing properties through digital solutions
  • Ensuring health & safety is adhered to across all sites

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience working in a Senior FM / FM Consultant role within a managing agent
  • Experience mobilising buildings from design stage to project completion
  • IWFM Accreditation
  • IOSH / NEBOSH Certificates
  • Excellent in a client facing role
  • Excellent knowledge of M&E Services, Compliance, Health & Safety, Setting up CAFM Systems
