Compliance Management

HSE and Security

Maintenance Management - PPM and Reactive

Input towards site development works - contributing to engineering configuration and leading on office renovation.

Contracted services - cleaning, security, catering etc.

Management of sub-contractor supply chain

Budget Management - overseeing the setting and management of budgets, planned investment, CAPEX

The Successful Applicant

Ideally Degree or equivalent (IWFM) qualifications in Facilities Management or similar.

CDM knowledge

Ideally have experience on COMAH sites.

Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills

Budgetary control and planning

Project management skills desirable
