Facilities Manager - Hard Services
About Our Client
Our client are a facilities management service provider who are contracted to provide FM services across a large public sector estate in Lincolnshire.
The role of the Facilities Manager will be to coordinate and oversee the delivery of hard services across a large public sector estate. This will involve managing a team of in house M&E engineers as well the contracts of sub-contracted services too.
You will support the account manager in developing a successful strategy for the account. You will be directly responsible for ensuring that the necessary operational structure is in place to deliver the required services across the account. The CAFM system will need to be effectively managed to ensure that the necessary data is collected and recorded so that all planned and reactive works can be carried out effectively.
There will be regular meetings with your client to report on activity across the account and to report on the associated KPIs and SLAs.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this position, applicants will need to demon state that they have prior experience of managing the delivery of hard services and have associated qualifications to back up the experience.
The role itself is based out of Lincoln with some travel required across the Lincolnshire region. Some home working can be accommodated but applicants will ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of Lincoln.

A salary of circa £40,000 + car or car allowance is on offer.
