Job Description

  • Lead on the development of a creating a workplace that staff can enjoy, feel welcome and safe in. Driving new ideas to develop the spaces in the future.
  • Working with Senior Leadership, using the feedback from staff to identify opportunities in improving the experience, culture and collaboration in the workplace.
  • Lead on future workplace strategy, in conjunction with stakeholders in the business across workplace trends, HR and DE&I.
  • Support Senior Management in the development of OPEX and CAPEX budgets. Manage on site expenditure and forecasting, looking for efficiencies and cost saving where possible.
  • Manage hard and soft services on site including on site staff and sub-contractors/providers.
  • Oversee risk management and HSE on site, and contribute to the global development of risk management, safety and security within the workplace.
  • Managing any relocation, office arrangement or development planning.
  • Manage performance in line with agreed KPI's and SLA's.

The Successful Applicant

Experience in both hard and soft services management

Qualification in Facilities desirable - IWFM etc.

Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations with IOSH or NEBOSH

Previous experience in Building or Facilities Management.

Ideally holding experience in creating a workplace
