Job Description

The Family Solicitor will be:

  • Managing a varied caseload including divorce, financial provision and children matters
  • Advising clients on prenuptial and cohabitation agreements
  • Drafting separation agreements and representing clients in Children Act proceedings
  • Supporting business development and contributing to team growth
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services

The Successful Applicant

The Family Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 1-5 years PQE in family law
  • Experienced in handling a broad range of family matters
  • Skilled in client communication and relationship management
  • Proactive in business development and team collaboration
  • Organised, empathetic and confident in managing sensitive cases
