About Our Client
My client is a PE backed manufacturing business in Leeds, which is a market leader in its industry. Following recent success and growth over the past two years, this is a newly created position in the finance team, to provide financial analysis and support to key stakeholders in the business.
Job Description
As Finance Analyst, your duties will include:
- Implementing and maintaining BI Analytics to meet the needs of the business
- Utilisation of BI Analytics tool to provide analysis for key decision making
- Business partnering with function leads to provide data and analysis on key financials
- Assisting in the monthly forecasting process and providing insight for the board reporting
- Reporting on current and expected financial performance and creating financial models to guide business decision making
- Variance analysis and supporting commentary
- Costing reviews
- Sales reporting
- Ad hoc financial planning and support to key stakeholders
- Ad hoc support to wider commercial finance team
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Confident business partner - ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Enjoys process improvement
- High attention to detail
- Team player
