Job Description

Working alongside CFO, FC, and IT department in delivering solutions and automating day-to-day tasks to drive operational efficiencies and speed availability to business information
Supporting the implementation of the digitalisation strategy and launching Power BI
Supporting CFO, Financial controller, and wider senior team with financial forecasting to assist business planning and decision-making
Analysing financial performance by location and by department, comparison of actual vs budget results contributing to medium and long-term business planning and forecasts using data analytics
Delivering solutions to help grow and drive profitability of the business
Preparation of weekly Management Information Reporting and Analysis
Working with senior management to gain insight into business performance and help support informed decision making
Assist with business planning for building and operating new sites
Assist with Private Equity board reporting
Supporting process development to increase site performance and profitability initiatives
Input into compliance, ensuring the integrity of financial information
Assist with external audits
Completing finance tasks in line with monthly/annual calendar including supporting the bank reconciliation, purchase invoices management, and accounts preparation
Interpreting and communicating financial data to non-financial managers
Support funding applications
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the finance department, ensuring the efficient operation of the finance team
Providing support for the finance function including preparing month-end and annual accounts
