Job Description

  • Oversee financial planning and analysis for business units.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to influence decision making.
  • Work closely with business unit leaders to develop financial forecasts and operational goals.
  • Assess financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Participate in cross-functional business projects.
  • Manage and develop junior finance staff.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • An academic background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven experience with Financial Modelling and Deal Structuring
  • Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
