Job Description

  • Provide financial analysis and insight to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities to support business objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Support the implementation of financial strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyse business performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a key point of contact for finance-related queries within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A strong background in accounting or finance within the property industry.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and business partnering.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
