A problem-solving mindset with a strong eye for detail.Enjoys collaborating with non-financial colleagues to share information and identify improvements supporting delivery of financial and operational KPIs.Has worked cross functionally, navigating both formal and informal reporting lines to deliver tangible results on process and improvement projects.Willing to question established business practices and seek better ways of working. Shares with others to find the best outcome. Not scared to ask questions to develop their business knowledge.Applies a continuous improvement mindset to all aspects of the scope and responsibilities of the role.
