Job Description

  • Lead the financial strategy and planning for the organisation.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and financial standards.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Manage and develop the accounting and finance team.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
  • Implement and improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in leadership within accounting and finance roles.
  • Experience with either Blue Collar or Consumer/Retail sectors
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A track record of delivering financial strategies that support business objectives.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
