About Our Client
Our client is a growing charity based in the heart of Oxfordshire
Job Description
The Finance Director will take ownership of all facets of Finance, IT and HR.
A key member of the Executive team you will support the charity in their strategic growth taking responsibility for creating accurate budgets, partnering the CEO for financial planning, ensuring robust Financial Control and building an effective team.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for the Finance Director position we are looking for a fully qualified accountant ( ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
You will have extensive experience gained in a senior Finance post and can demonstrate commercial acumen having partnered with senior executives to drive strategic growth.
Experience in the not for profit sector is required, ideally you will have a blend of private and public sector experience.
What's on Offer
Offered on a contract basis with an option to take on the position on a permanent basis with the charity
daily rate £350-400 pd with flexibility for an exceptional candidate. Inside IR35
