Job Description

  • Support Managing Director to ensure the smooth day to day running of site
  • Produce reports / board packs by collating/analysing finance and non-finance metrics
  • Assist with the management of all functions including Finance, Operations, Health & Safety, Facilities, HR
  • Monitor financial performance
  • Ensure excellent customer service
  • Continuous improvement across all functions - What is working? What can be improved?
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Resolve supplier issues
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support change management related to growth
  • Lease review and negotiations
