About Our Client
Our client is a prominent international lifestyle brand, with over a thousand employees worldwide. They are looking to expand their finance department and have an opening for the Finance Manager role.
Job Description
The Finance Manager is required to manage all administrative and financial functions, and will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate financial records and provide financial reports
- Liaising with auditors for yearly reviews
- Ensuring the timely completion of tax requirements
- Financial planning and forecasting
- Adapting the financial plan into requesting yearly budgets and keeping track on deviations, ensuring the usage of restorative measures
- Researching and covering factors affecting business execution and giving administration data
- Developing detailed and accurate business plans to support the decision making and tracking of budgets
- Cash-flow planning and monitoring, delivering long-term forecasts
- Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing them
- Managing company contracts including lease agreements
- Reviewing and following up on the monetary dangers specifically with insurance and receivables
- Developing strong relationships with the partners
The Successful Applicant
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a Big 4 or Big 10 audit firm is a MUST
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce sector is preferable
- Prior experience as a Finance Manager
- BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
- Has strong planning and organising skills with excellent use of MS Office
