Job Description

  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Provide detailed analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain robust reporting systems and financial models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of management reports and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and reporting accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Finance Planning & Reporting Analyst should have:

  • A strong background in accounting and finance, ideally within the retail sector.
  • Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
