About Our Client
An exciting opportunity at an international business, who are going through an accelerated period of growth, requires a Finance Transformation Accountant.
Job Description
The role will focus mainly on evolving projects around finance transformation, system implementation and integration of new legal entities including:
- System implementation
- Integration of legal entities
- Corporate affairs - closure and opening of legal entities and related processes
- Stakeholder management
- M&A activity - due diligence around financial statements
The Successful Applicant
You will need to be a qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent) and have a proven track record in finance projects and transformation, including large ERP projects and ideally integration of legal entities.
You will be an excellent communicator, who can manage a number of different stakeholders, through change and transformation, driving a number of evolving projects.
What's on Offer
This role offers a salary of circa £65,000 - £70,000, plus a generous bonus of circa 10 - 20%, plus 25 days holiday and an enhanced pension contribution.
The contact is expected to be between 1- 2 years.
