Job Description

  • Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Analyse financial data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Monitor and control expenses to align with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • Professional qualifications or part-qualification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
  • Strong understanding of management accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience in the property industry or a similar sector is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
