Financial Controller

The role is commercially orientated and the Financial Controller will have the following responsibilities:

• Form a key part of the company Management team and support the medium/long range business plans processes
• Responsibility for a team of 3 direct reports
• Provide commentary on P&L, Balance sheet and Cash Flow performance and underlying variances to plan
• Forecasting for Sales, EBITDA and cashflow on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Annual budget setting
• Provide timely and accurate monthly Management Accounts
• Annual Statutory Accounts preparation and audit pack
• Ensure effective processes and controls for financial reporting and overall company controls
• Management and support of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) submissions
• Site lead on the financial aspects of Inventory Management (Raw Materials, Work in Process, Finished)
• Continuous improvement projects in line with other departments and group requirements
