Job Description

As a Financial Controller duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver effective business partnering and financial services to the organisation
  • Improving financial controls and business processes
  • Deliver financial analysis across the organisation
  • Lead a team of 5-6 staff
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the board.
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies and controls.
  • Monitor cash flow and predict future trends.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision making at the management level.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • A full Accountancy Qualification- CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA/ CIPFA
  • Held a similar role previously
  • Developed and improved financial processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities.
