Job Description

This is an interesting role in a dynamic and fast-paced company. Reporting to Chief Finance Officer, the Financial Controller with be responsible for overseeing the finance function and manage the Group's financial and treasury systems and practices.
You'll have all the usual responsibilities you'd expect including overseeing a team of 4 across management reporting, AP/AR, and month end close duties.
You will be considered as part of the senior leadership team and therefore will be and expected to take part in meetings with Heads of Departments from across the business to discuss budgets, P&Ls and forecasts.
Overseeing consolidations for multiple operating entities

The Successful Applicant

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) - ideally having trained within a top tier accountancy practice
People management - supporting, training and providing constructive coaching
Experience working in an international business
A track-record of suggesting and implementing improvements to month-end and other finance processes
