My client are a growing PE- Backed organisation that are looking to go through a sale in the next 18 months. This role will be pivotal in taking the business through a sale and develop the team.
Job Description
- Cash flow and control
- Cost control (inc. capex)
- Management accounts, KPIs - resulting in clear actionable
- insights
- Bank, Stat and tax reporting
- Team development/up-skilling
- Process and reporting improvement
- Budgets and forecasting
- Payroll
- Debtors days reduced below 35 days
- Stat and CT returns pre deadlines
- Forecasting accuracy improvement
The Successful Applicant
- ACA/CIMA/ ACCA
- Ability to ensure continual improvement and compliance of processes and procedures. Implementing
- governance across the business.
- Ability to engage with people at all levels of the business and communicate effectively; business
- partnering
- High level of planning and organisational skills.
- Natural ability to spot and address problems before becoming critical to the business and resolution
- orientated.
- Ability to resolve problems in a calm and effective manner, escalating where necessary.
- Continual system/process improvement and automation
