About Our Client
My client is a largely recognised international brand on the South Coast
Due to business growth, a position has arisen within the finance team to recruit for a Financial Modeller on an interim basis (likely to be an initial 4 month contract with possible extension).
The client is also likely to offer fantastic internal opportunities and permanent career prospects across the business for the right individual.
Job Description
Major Tasks and Activities:
- Develop a generic financial model for use in the business on major bids
- Ensure the integrity of all models is maintained in terms of inputs, risk, overhead recovery and profit
- Ensure each model is developed to address all customer requirements and bid back forms
- Ensure each model provides standardised outputs for internal approvals process e.g. P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, IRR, ROI et
The Successful Applicant
Key Technical Skills / competencies:
- Strong financial modelling skills
- The ability to develop 'user friendly' financial models
- Strong financial analytical experience
- Able to prepare and present complex financial information in a simple and meaningful way
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent fully qualified accountant
