Financial Reporting R2R Accountant

About Our Client

My client is a multi-national business, who is an established household name. You will be working with a closely with the R2R manager, business unit control teams and the transformation manager to prepare for this exciting transition period.

Job Description

The main responsibilities for the role will be:

  • To support the delivery of the record-to-report (R2R) processes for UK and Ireland, and the Transition Services Agreements (TSA's)


  • Support the R2R activities to prepare transition period, and run the activities during TSA with support of local business units.
  • Act as R2R Subject Matter Expert, ensuring month end financials compliance to the new Operating Model.


  • Work with the R2R Manager, and wider finance team to carve out processes for UK & Ireland period close.


  • Take ownership for the activities performed by 3rd party SSC, regarding R2R process and resolve/ escalate any issues.
  • Support to mitigate risks, and ongoing process management together with Transformation manager and Internal Control lead.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA)
  • Be immediately available or on a short term notice period
  • Have experience in Controls, R2R, and reporting and change management
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Hyperion
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a can-do proactive approach
