Fire Safety Surveyor
Client side role with leading Housing Association
Regional role based in North London
About Our Client
My client is a small sized Housing Association based in North West London.
As the Fire Safety Surveyor you will be responsible for ensuring fire risk assessment remedial works are delivered on time and within budget, while also conforming to relevant guidance, maintaining high standards and quality assurance which conform to current legislation.
You will also provide technical fire safety advice to internal and external colleagues/contractors across the organisation and a key aspect of this will be to deliver training and coaching to staff to help support an improved fire safety culture.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful for the Fire Safety Surveyor role you will:
Qualifications such as - NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management, Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE) or similar.
Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the fire safety industry.
Must be a professional member of Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE), Graduate (GIFireE) member as a minimum, or similar.
Demonstrable extensive knowledge of
Experience of managing multiple contractors
Experience of implementing measures to improve a fire safety culture
A valid UK driving licence.
What's on Offer
A basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000 + additional benefits including travel.
