A large scale Midlands based Social Housing provider.

Job Description

  • Carrying out post inspections relating to fire risk and asbestos then recording and reporting findings
  • Advising on improvement plans for areas of non-compliance
  • Providing technical support and advice to your team, colleagues and customers
  • Remaining up to date with changes in relevant policy and legislation
  • Managing pre-handover fire risk assessments for new build homes
  • Undertaking minor fire-related remedial works

The Successful Applicant

  • NEBOSH Level 3 in Fire Safety or equivalent is essential
  • Experience working as a Building Surveyor in previous roles, preferably in compliance/risk safety
  • Experience carrying out risk assessments
  • Full UK driving license
