About Our Client
This is an opportunity to join the in-house Estates function of a well regarded organisation, in a role focussed on the management of their technical and critical facilities.
The Estates team of this organisation are based in the Midlands and manage all property matters relating to a national portfolio of operational properties across the UK.
Your role in the Estates team will primarily be focussed on the effective management of critical sites i.e. data centres in the East Midlands.
You will lead and deliver the M&E maintenance and capex investment projects, primarily through the effective management of the outsourced 'hard FM' provider.
The Successful Applicant
Possibly from an engineering background, but most importantly you will understand what's required to manage critical technical facilities and how to effectively manage the performance of specialist contractors.
Candidate will be based within commutable distances of Leicestershire, although this role will offer some flexibility to work remotely as appropriate.
