Job Description

  • Provide financial planning and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare, analyse, and present financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop budgets and financial models.
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and financial efficiency improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Support ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
  • A background in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
  • Experience within the property industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information clearly.
