Job Description

  • Develop and oversee financial planning and analysis processes to support business strategy.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for senior stakeholders.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
  • Lead the budgeting process and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to understand financial needs and constraints.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and highlight potential risks or opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Drive process improvements in financial reporting and analysis.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance ACA - Ideally Big 4
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights to stakeholders.
