Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive Fire Risk Assessments on residential properties in the Midlands.
  • Identify potential fire risks and provide expert recommendations for remediation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessment findings and collaborate with internal teams to implement safety measures.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices to ensure continuous compliance.
  • Advise on improvement plans for areas of non-compliance.
  • Provide technical support and advice to your team, colleagues and customers.
  • May include undertaking minor fire related remedial works.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a relevant qualification in Fire Safety or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an FRA Surveyor, preferably within the social housing sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of fire safety legislation, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
