About Our Client
My client is an FMCG manufacturing company, based in the East Midlands. They are of course fully operational during lockdown, and this role is a FTC for at least 9 months, possibly 12.
The role will be both challenging and exciting - certainly not a caretaker type position.
You will be required to
Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the site, and continues growth.
Provide advice and guidance to managers & employees relating to all matters HR
Coordinate and conduct on boarding and induction processes for all new starters.
Execute a thorough and structured recruitment process at all levels, in order to attract the best talent for the business
Support the Head of HR in development and driving of the people strategy
Design and implement a range of HR projects and initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone who is available relatively quickly.
Ideally you will have had experience of a food manufacturing site, if not your experience must have been in manufacturing.
You will need recent experience of recruitment, talent planning, induction and associated work.
Stakeholder engagement and management is very important, so an innate ability to build successful relationships is high on our list of priorities.
