Job Description
- Leads development of HR & payroll technical tools and support for the UK
- Work closely with the SAP Manager and collaborating directly with UK Process Owners, contributing domain knowledge to the creation and development of SAP functional blueprints in line with HR and Payroll requirements
- Works with internal and external delivery partners to develop solutions defined in SAP blueprints
- Collaborating with project delivery teams, both internal and external, ensuring the successfully delivery of projects
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in SAP HR & Payroll process knowledge
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have lead projects taking business requirements through to vendor requirements
* Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills to interact with all levels of a business both internally and externally * Ability to work to tight deadlines
What's on Offer
C£50-55k plus 10% bonus and other benefits as well as a flexible working
